Very cute little home

This was the perfect little home for our stay. It is right in the heart of a quaint little downtown area. The home was clean and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful home

I can't say enough about our stay. Three minute walk to Waxhaw shops and restaurants. Host was very quick to respond to questions and the property was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch with my morning coffee. I can't say enough good things about my stay. I was sad to leave

Great pet friendly home

This is a very comfortable, amazingly well stocked home that is easy walking distance to downtown Waxhaw and all the restaurants and shops located there, and if your pet accompanies you when you travel, this is an extremely welcoming property with a large fenced yard. Everything considered, this was one best rental experiences we've had.

Great Little Place

Great location just 2 blocks from Main Street in Waxhaw. We were able to walk to everything. It’s very well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, paper products, etc. We loved the screened in porch and found it comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Communications with the owner was very responsive and very pleasant with all communications. I would definitely recommend this to others looking to stay In Waxhaw.

Perfect stay in Waxhaw!

We absolutely loved our stay in this sweet cottage. The yard was just amazing for our pups and the porch was just amazing for the rest of us. The location provided several walkable trips into Waxhaw. Truly, the perfect spot for a visit to a special place!

Wonderful stay!

Updated and well-appointed with beautiful decor! The house was located so close to the cute downtown. This was a bride/groom stay before the wedding nearby and the house had everything to set the stage for relaxation and connection!

Cute House, Perfect Location!

The house was perfect for our visit to Waxhaw for a family wedding! We could walk downtown for lunch and a little shopping! The yard was great for our pups. It was everything we needed and we will definitely rent again when visiting our family!

Perfect place to stay, met all of our needs

I came to Waxhaw to visit family. The house is amazing. The home is beautiful and offers plenty of room for entertaining. We enjoyed the screened porch and it’s pet friendly. I’m so thankful for the use of this property. We enjoyed evening and morning walks to visits shops and eateries in Waxhaw. We would love to stay again!

Perfect Family Stay

This was the perfect property for us while visiting family in Waxhaw. We loved the walk ability to the shops and restaurants as well as playgrounds for the boys. The screen porch was perfect for our nightly wind down. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was clean with plenty of amenities. This will definitely be our go to spot when we visit family in the future.

Perfect small town getaway

The comfort and amenities of this home are only rivaled by its amazing location. The house has everything you could need and is beautifully decorated. It is a short walk to downtown Waxhaw which boasts a number of fun shops and restaurants. We plan to come back when the weather warms up and explore some more!

Close to Family-Graduation Trip

Great location to visit family who lives in Monroe and to attend my nieces graduation. Close to everything and the neighborhood was nice to be able to walk our dog. Owner was very responsive. I'm sure we will be back in 2027 to attend my nephew's graduation.

Lovely Home in Sweet Neighborhood

We just loved this home! It's fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The Owner is super friendly and communicates well. We loved the fenced yard area for our furry babies. And you can walk right up the street to the cutest downtown area where there are tons of places to eat and shop. Also feels very safe in this neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

Thoughtful and Understanding Host!

Sadly, we could not stay due to illness, but I wanted to shout-out Wendi for being thoughtful leading up to check-in. She asked about bed setup for our party, and ensured we would get into the home easily despite a planned late arrival. While this trip didn’t work out, we will absolutely book again given how thoughtful, communicative and understanding this host was!!

Amazing location, amazing host!

We had to plan a last minute trip into town to attend a family member’s funeral. We were lucky to find this beautiful, well maintained, dog friendly home for our stay. Walking distance to coffee shops, dinner, and ice cream. Spacious back yard for our dogs to play and stretch out after a 7hour journey. The home has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and cozy. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Great location

This house was perfect! The house itself had everything you could need. It was the most stocked property we've stayed at. Everyone was comfortable. The location was amazing. Such a quick walk to downtown Waxhaw, but at night the area was still so quite. We really enjoyed spending the evening on the screened in porch. Overall 5 stars, we will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.
