「When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded. The property is very outdated and the carpet doesn’t look clean. We had 2 nonsmoking rooms and both had terrible smells. One smelled like cigarettes and the other had an extremely strong odor that resembled vinegar. The TV didn’t work. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated, but those rooms had a super strong smell also, like someone dumped multiple bottles of Febreeze. 「Everything was excellent! Early in AM on the way to a great breakfast, we asked room attendant to check our TV and the safety strips in the bathtub. Both of theses were done by the the time we finished breakfast! So clean Our conference room was well prepared for us. I was with a quilting group. I appreciated the lil notes left by our room attendants.」

「We had reserved two rooms for the Fourth of July weekend. We arrived late on Thursday night as we indicated we would be. Upon arriving, we were immediately shocked by the state of the lobby. Dark, not inviting, clearly old and rundown. We checked in and were even more shocked when we entered our rooms.
