"Pleasant stay and appreciate the charging facilities for EV. It does suffer a bit from some traffic noise as London Street is SH3 as it passes through the town, so if someone is sensitive to noise, bring earplugs."

"A lovely, thoughtful space. Beautiful, comfortable bed. Quiet enough to only hear the birds in the morning. Loved the location. May not have see Kai Iwi beach or Bushy park sanctuary if we didn't stay here.So nice to have the sauna!"

"A lovely little spot, ideal for a break, away from the modern world, to chill and get away from it all. No WiFi and can't phone reception, meaning you have to make your own entertainment - no doom scrolling here!Cooking on the open fire was fun, but the place could maybe do with a bit more in the way of kitchen facilities. But we stayed for 5 days and managed fine, and really enjoyed our stay."
