「Let me preface with this, we had a lovely time at the Tiltin Hilton. Lovely lake, super quiet, beautiful sunset over the water, lovely. Place was as advertised, but very dirty. Especially in the accommodations. No TP in the bathroom so I would bring on your own. Some of the lights through the property were not working or very harsh white light. I think warm lighting throughout would really elevate this property.」

「Great quiet spot for a few days away. Jost was very responsive and helpful. Alpacas were a nice bonus!」

「Lovely property that is peaceful and the perfect get away spot. The girls and I loved the original charm that is preserved in the house. Communication with the host was clear and timely. And we loved the cookies!」

「Overall it was an impressive property. Loved the stocked kitchen ready for use. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Screened porch with hot tub was a great feature along with the fire pit area. Very comfortable space for 6 people.」

「Beautiful, convenient location for our visit to Lake Itasca and the Mississippi headwaters. The cabin was comfortable, clean and cozy. If you visit, be sure to note that the restroom is not located in or next to the cabin.」

「Our 2 night stay was great! Roomy enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved feeding the goats and seeing the bunnies and squirrels running around. The house was clean with plenty of supplies needed.」

「This beautiful home had all the upgrades and was super clean. The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t feel like I was in a cabin in the woods! Definitely a wonderful place to visit anytime of the year.」

「Great space and great location! Easy access to shopping and the headwaters!!」
