「Great little hotel in Newton. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, nice staff.」

「Upon arrival in the afternoon, the 1st floor hallway leading to my room reeked of an odor that I presume was of some type of cleaning agent/ chemical. The odor was also present in my room when I entered it the first time after arrival. I opened a window to air out the room. The room did not have a telephone. I reported it to the office. 「Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything.」

「FULL sized beds- Not Queen. Wasn't aware of this prior to booking. Rooms were great, except for the small beds. It was very difficult to fit a family of 4 with an infant into the "family" advertised rooms.」

「The first room we were assigned smelled like barf. The 2nd room smelled strongly of over-used cleaning products, but the floor was sticky. It was livable for 1 night, since we had pre-paid. I would not visit this property again.」
