Perfect place to stay when visiting the Finger Lakes area! The location was ideal—close to Seneca Lake, downtown, and within walking distance of the beautiful Watkins Glen State Park, as well as many restaurants and shops. We loved our stay! The place was spacious, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I've never complained about a VRBO before. However, my guests and I felt the need to be direct....The cleaners did a very poor job before we got there. (food in the sink, dirty sponge, no paper towels, no dishwasher detergent, layers of dust on ceiling fans) The kitchen table/chairs were sticky. The old living room furniture and rug left the place with a 'musty' smell. There was one air-conditioner in the entire house (in the living room) - if the temperature outside was typical for July, the bedrooms would've been a sauna. We thought the listing on this matter was misleading. The host was wonderful in her timely communications and follow up. The house was in a perfect location to walk to EVERYTHING in the town.

Great location

Property is in a great location. The place could use some updates. A new coffee pot and a few updated pots and pans would be a nice addition for the kitchen. Overall the place was comfortable for our family trip.

Great getaway with friends!

Perfect location for everything we needed! Short walk to all that Watkins Glen has to offer--State Park for hiking, Restaurants/Bars, Harbor, Shopping. We took advantage of some Winery/Brewery tours and felt perfectly comfortable leaving or car parked at the home. We had a little glitch that called for a maintenance fix, but the attentiveness was immediate and did not cause any interruptions to our plans. All in all a great stay. We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others!
