"The property was beautiful. A lot of house for a great price. We had invited another couple but they ended up not making it, so we had the house to ourselves. Very pleased and happy with our stay. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely seek them out again. "

"Lovely, clean house but weird hours for pool usage. Can't swim in the pool from 10 am to 5pm, the hottest parts of the day. No hot tub available and the pool was not heated. The grill was not working either, we told the host but no resolution so we had to cook everything inside. Was not what we thought it would be especially for how much we spent, we also didn't know about the restrictions until after we paid. Nice neighborhood though so if your not planning on using the cold pool for most of the day or the grill, it's a good place. We'll be looking for somewhere else next time and will be reading the reviews more closely. Hopefully this review will help out others. "

"The house has been beautifully remodeled and it was very modern and clean. The game room area was a big hit and the kitchen was very nice with all new appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Great experience."

"We had great communication from the host, including prompt telephone response when we had a minor issue (our fault, not the host's) during our stay. The home itself was clean and well-furnished and -equipped. The hot tub thermostat and/or heater appears to be reading much lower than the actual water temperature. The tub thermostat kept resetting itself to a higher temperature after we lowered it, so we were unable to use it at all our stay because of the excessive heat. The host has promised to look into this. As noted, this guest house is attached to a larger main house, and at a couple of points we found our car blocked into our side of the driveway by the cars of the main house's guests. That's obviously not the fault of the host, but did detract a bit from our overall experience. If the host can resolve the hot tub issue, we'd gladly stay here again."
