"Unique architecture. Beautiful area, and a short walk to an amazing beach on the Bay of Fundy. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic, with multiple options made to order. The two restaurants in Parrsboro are about 25 minutes away, but we had a small kitchen, so could make our own lunch/dinner. The Joggins Fossil cliffs are about 55 minutes away- most of the guests who were there with us went there. "

Really enjoyed the wood stove, that added so much ambiance to the place for sure. The bedrooms very spacious but very warm, especially when wood stove going in the evening. The tub was huge but I was not able to enjoy a hot bath at the end of our paddling tour as the water was tepid at best. The owner offered to come and turn up the hot water heater for us but preferred we take a shower as the use of the water would have been substantial with the tub size. Kitchen was good, we would have preferred better frying pans but overall had everything we needed. A bit loud with the main road being right there but not a deal breaker. We would stay here again for sure!"

"We had a great stay in this beautiful house with such amazing views. Unfortunately the fridge broke down just before our check in but the owners brought in a replacement fridge and freezer although it was a bit of inconvenience as it was on the bottom floor. It was also a little farther than we expected to the village. Easy walk down but quite a steep hill coming back up. Overall, amazing stay!"
