「Our stay was fanatastic! We enjoyed the serene small town and enjoyed visiting Florence near by. Waterloo is a small quiet town, so be prepared to entertain yourself with movies and games as well as evening talks as you gaze out across the moonlit Tennessee River. Enjoy coffee to a beautiful sunrise! Lots of nature trails near by. Be prepared with groceries because stores are nearly 30 minutes one way. 「My father, my cousin and I visited for a week long fishing trip. It was a beautiful place with an absolutely amazing wrap around covered porch. We had great views when we were not on the water. This property also has a private covered boat dock which was super convenient. It's also a gated entry so very private and secluded. Overall great place to say, would definitely come back.」

「The place was cute and for fishermen it’s perfect. There’s a lot of steps and the rail is not made for little kids but all of that is well represented in the listing. We would absolutely positively rent again. There’s a place to pull the boat at the dock and even was able to get it out of the rain and still fish while waiting for the weather to pass. It’s more than water front but actually sits out over the water. It’s just a nice place for a great price. It’s not the fancy but perfect for us....

「We had a blast at this home. It was very cozy, clean and very large. We loved the deck and how roomy everythingwas. My only complaint was the smell of the home. There is a paper mill a few miles away and the smell was terrible and seemed to linger inside the house. We took candles but it was still pretty strong. It was not like that last year when we came to visit so I am not sure why it was so bad this year. I would definitely rent this home again. It was a great deal and our group loved it. 」
