Beautiful, roomy, new construction home located 1 mile from the Lost Island Theme Park, Lost Island Water Park, and Isle Casino. Offering 2,500 total square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and plenty of living space to easily accommodate multi-family getaways. Sit back and relax after a long day at the park on a spacious backyard deck while grilling for the family and sitting by a fire. Enjoy fishing in the pond in the backyard with poles and lawn chairs provided. The basement space is a retreat for the kids offering video games, air hockey, ping pong, and board games. Restaurants and other nearby entertainment for both Cedar Falls and Waterloo are all in a 5-15 minute car ride with quick and easy highway access.

We stayed over Christmas as I was recivering from a total right knee replacement. My kids wanted me to be able to relax and enjoy myself and focus on time with family. The house and our stay was perfect. It made a potentially rough holiday one full of great memories! Nick is very kind and super responsive. Plan to come back during the summer for sure!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My family and I went to Waterloo for a short weekend getaway to visit the water and amusement park. This house was perfect. Perfect size with lots of room for the kids to play inside and outside. WONDERFUL location if visiting the parks. Was easy commute if needed to take a break from the parks, eat some lunch, and go back! The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend.

Nice home for family get together!

Our extended family gathered for a long weekend, the home was perfect for us! The pond was a hit for fishing and the kids loved the close by water park. Open living spaces upstairs & in the basement made it ideal for various age groups to spend time together!

Loved the location. So close to amusement park, water park, mini golf, go carts, as well casino and more! For having neighbors around it was very peaceful and quiet. The deck in back overlooks cute pond that you can catch little fish in! (None were keepers but for grandma and the kids this was the best!) Bedrooms very clean and presentable. TVs in every bedroom as well. Easy check in and check out and communication with host very good. If every in Waterloo with the family would return with no hesitation!!! Thanks for great stay a

Fits big families!

This was our third year staying here and as usual the house was great! Plenty of space for all the cousins to run around and play while giving the adults their own area to chill. Plus the nearby waterpark is a family favorite!

The house offers so much room, numerous amenities, prompt responses, great fishing, outdoor games, outdoor fire pit, surround sound throughout the house, and the perfext amount of space for adults and kids. My children begged to stay longer.

Family time.

Nice house with plenty of room for the kids to play their games and for adults to be able to catch up. Everyone had a good time. I may be old school but 1 of the things I would add is some kitchen towels and a dish rag or so. That way we could clean up better. Otherwise, we had a great time. Thank you

Family Friendly Stay

Stayed for a weekend to celebrate Christmas with the whole family (4 Generations). Property was well located for us and was nicely equipped for our needs. Communication with owners was very good.

Very nice home

We stayed at this home for a family gathering and it was perfect. The parent adults could be upstairs visiting and the college age adults could be in the basement. We had 12 people over 18 yrs old in the house and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Weekend getaway

This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students.
