「We had such a wonderful weekend staying here! Check-in was super easy and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The yurt was clean and cozy and the stove kept it nice and toasty. The bath house was also beautiful and very clean. 10 minute drive to Sunday River. 「The house was immaculate, well appointed, even some essentials in case you forgot anything which was perfect since 2 members forgot toothbrushes! 「We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

「Everything was very clean and we felt immediately welcomed by an adorable letter board beside a bowl of snacks in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and, despite the lack of air conditioning, the temperature felt perfect inside and if we had wanted to cool off there was an openable window in the master bedroom. 「I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. 「Our stay was excellent. The property was spotless and was a nice mix of modern and cozy. The space was well thought out and very comfortable.
