The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped us with everything from a driver for Angkor Wat to booking massages at the on-site spa. The staff were very kind, especially Jeni in the restaurant! "The staff were wonderful and attentive, without being intrusive. The only issue we had was late house cleaning on day 1 and 2, but the staff went over and above to make up for it. They even left a hand written note with snacks as an apology. The location is great and central, with many sights and restaurants in walking distance. Angkor Wat is only 20 minutes away. The food at the restaurants are great. The pool area is very nice and the spa may be on the pricey side but is lovely. "

"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too. There is also a great sized swimming pool that has a swim up bar with a great drinks menu - awesome way to relax after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. Highly recommend this hotel."

The restraint had lots of options and while they didn't offer many vegetarian dishes for our son they were able to make a number of dishes vegetarian. The family villa with private plunge pool was spacious and quiet, the main pool was also excellent and we mostly had that to ourselves too. Overnight you could hear nothing except the frogs, insects and lizards. Very relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle."
