“The Magnolia Inn” A comfortable, clean, & cozy stay

3 bedroom 2 bath peaceful and private property nestled in Waskom, Texas. This is one whole side, a completely private and closed off, half of a duplex. This property is newly built. This home host two king beds and an adjustable queen bed. It has a main bathroom, and one en-suite attached to the master! Both have bathtubs! For your convenience there is also a full laundry room if needed.It also has a relaxing back patio with a high privacy fence and a nice fire pit set up with a grill! This serene home is right down the street from a 9 acre park with a beautiful shaded walking path. It is also nearby the schools and the stores available in the community!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was very clean, the amenities were great, The host had good communication. Easy to get to off of the interstate. We would definitely book again

A quiet place to stay

My family enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful home. At first glance it looks small, but once you walk inside, it is so spacious and set up so nicely. The entry to the backyard from the master bedroom is a nice touch morning coffee was so nice. I Most definitely would love to stay here again.

Very Comfortable Spot

My mom and I enjoyed five nights in this cozy (but spacious) and comfortable duplex. It is in a quiet neighborhood in a great small town. I loved the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed great pulled pork BBQ nearby @ Jim's. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Awesome Little Gem

This place was wonderful!! It was super clean and very spacious!! The backyard was awesome! I loved the privacy fence!! It was perfect for my family! We would definitely stay here again!!! The property owners also had great communication!!!

Fantastic

This was a fantastic place that I found myself wanting to stay in, much longer! VERY clean, neat, so spacious, and that private back yard with those outdoor lights, rocking chairs, and fire pit! It was so lovely, and I highly recommend it. The host was phenomenal in her responsiveness as well. Excellent experience across the board.

Nice & clean, everything you need

The stay was nice, weren't able to use the back yard, the grass was high from all the rain the area had. The house was nice and perfect. .fneeds.our needs.

This is the second time we have enjoyed staying at this property. There is nothing bad I can say about it. It's very welcoming, cozy, clean, and has everything you would want to have an enjoyable stay. The backyard is very cute and I wish it had not been so hot outside and so humid or we would have made good use of the included Grill. The backyard is also privacy fenced so that's very nice. There's a local Thai restaurant in town that we enjoyed.If I had to find anything to be picky about, the only improvement I think it could have would be to install Handicap bars by the showers. The elderly lady in our group had a little bit of trouble getting in and out of the tubs to take a shower.All in all, we have stayed here before and loved it and we stayed here this second time and loved it and if we are in the area again we will definitely stay here in the future.

Our stay in Waskom

The property overall looks just like the pictures except for the backyard. The backyard was not mowed when we got there and was supposed to be mowed the following day. I believe someone came over and just used the weed eater because it was certainly not mowed. There were no wash clothes and when asked about it, I was told that I could go to Dollar General and get some and that towels were provided as a courtesy.
