「We stayed for just under a week in late June/early July. We weren’t sure what to expect with staying in an apartment on-property with the host, but it was good. Kids were playing in the yard occasionally, but not loud and gave us our privacy. Very clean apartment. Nice amenities. Washer/dryer was very helpful. 「Definitely a work in progress. While the property has maybe been newly refreshed it is obviously a dated property and dated furnishings. Not overly clean, outside property was overgrown and uncared for and the trash dumpster was overflowing when we showed up. Countertops were sticky and musty smell throughout the house. Easy checkin and convenient location, but probably wouldn’t stay again.」
