「Friendly helpful staff」

「The hotel consisted of 3 separate buildings. We were on ground level behind the front building of the hotel, the window opened both ways, I could not lock it. I felt unsafe with my girls, we left and returned home. Also it was not clean, the room needed vacuumed and dusted.」

「The Ashford loft is not up to the standards typically followed in most VRBOs I’ve stayed in throughout the area. The space in the loft is very poorly laid out, the step up bathroom is on the opposite side of the loft, from the bedroom, the carpets need to replaced as they are worn out and appear to be dirty. The bedroom mattress and the bedding (pillows, sheets, mattress pad, etc.) are old and worn out. The electrical outlets are not conveniently located and appear to be outlets from years ago....

「We were on an overnight stop. We enjoyed the apartment. Nice and clean, quiet, clutter free, and nice accommodations. Would stay again..and longer if in the area. 」

「Conditions were poor. Lighting, horrible. Smells very bad. Maybe because of the mice and mice poop? Might want to do something abt that. I’d like a refund to be honest. I can send pics of mouses feces if necessary 」
