This memorable apartment is the perfect home base for your stay in Washington, DC. Your private entrance leads you to an entryway that can be used as a mud room (flexible space). Up the stairs, your 4 bedroom/2 full bathroom apartment comprises the entire top floor of the building. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage (6 closets plus a pantry closet) and a convenient Washer/Dryer. Great views overlooking the Anacostia River on a private porch! On-site uncovered parking.

This house is very conveniently located 2 blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro station on the orange, blue, and silver lines. There are also multiple bus stops and bus lines that are easily accessible from this location.

A modern foodcourt is a block away, Eastern Market is 7 blocks from the house, and Barracks Row dining and nightlife is 7 blocks from the apartment. 1.5 miles to the Capitol.
