These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

Getting Around:
There is ample public transport available near this building, but we also recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around the city easily.

Other Things to Note:
The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Please contact our team for more details.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

For the protection of all parties, the booking party will also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose
By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.
- Date change requests that shorten or move a reservation are considered following our cancellation policy.
- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.

Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

We arrived at the apartment and it was 60 degrees inside. The heater was not working. Contacted the manager who promised to fix it in one hour, but in fact it took 3 days before we got heat. I have documentation of it all.The temperature outside was reaching 40 at night, so we froze all night.Since then, they have refused to compensate or refund anything.The apartment has a dedicated parking spot (I checked with the building) but they charge you a nightly rate. I only needed the parking for the 1st night because I was returning the rental car in the morning, and I was ok with paying for one night, but they would only give me parking access if I paid for the whole stay.I would recommend you stay away, this is a corporate led rental with completely uninterested staff and no concern for your family's safety.

Great location. Bit of a walk((15 min) from train station but has a Whole Food Mkt across the street and restaurants nearby. Had to have concierge call fire dept at midnight one night for a water alarm going off due to a leaking hot water heater. Mgmt was gonna have someone come the next morning. Basically cost us half a nights sleeep and affected our tour schedule the next day. No offer for any credit from mgmt so far. Couch in living room is 10 inches off floor so be prepared to crawl off floor to get up. Chair in master has 3 legs so unusable as it was propped up in the corner. Seemed like owner is trying to maximize profits and minimize expenses.

The facility was nice. The concierge staff was very nice and very polite. This location was perfect for dining locations and access tot he metrosystem. Ther furnishings inside the condo could have been nicer. It was a little like a college student apartment. Definitely needed more pillows. All in all it was just enough of everything to help us enjoy our trip to DC.

This was a very nice apartment to stay in while we were tourists to Washington DC. It is located a short 5-minute walk from the Crystal City Metro station and there is a Whole Foods market right across the street. There are also several restaurants nearby. Communication with the lease management was clear and easy.

We were in town for the Marine Corps Marathon. The location was perfect, close to the start and to multiple metro stops. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Would certainly stay here again

Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt über die Straße und die Metro erreicht man nach ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg. Das ist perfekt. Leider hat das Einchecken den Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes getrübt. Der uns mitgeteilte Türcode stimmte nicht und über Whatsapp und Telefon (in unserer Not baten wir sogar die Concierge des Hauses den Vermieter anzurufen) konnten wir niemanden erreichen. Erst als wir per Mail mit dem Vermieter in Kontakt traten, wurde uns der korrekte Türcode mitgeteilt und wir konnten endlich nach fast 2 Stunden in die Wohnung.

The condo is in a complex with lots of construction and renovations going on but once you figured out how to maneuver around that, it was fine. 3 blocks to the metro and several restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store available within walking distance. Very clean and roomy for 2 couples.

We had an exceptional experience at this VRBO near DC! Although there were a few minor hiccups with our booking, the hosts were incredibly responsive and resolved everything quickly, ensuring our stay was seamless. The property itself is fantastic, with comfortable accommodations and all the amenities we needed, set in a convenient location. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!
