Beautiful Roomy Home

This property was beautiful. Very comfortable & roomy with plenty of space for our whole family. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook from home. The patio & yard are gorgeous. The community pool is just up the street a short distance. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice house in st. George

Home is actually in Washington, utah. Nicely unkept and clean. Well stocked. Community pool 3 doors down. A little close to a busy road so a little car noise but overall very good.

Great house good location

Met our family for a golf weekend. House is beautiful and everyone had their own bathroom attached to bedroom. Home is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our weekend.

Great Location! Beautiful Home!

This home is decorated beautifully. Each room had its own Roku TV which I had a hard time figuring out so it might be helpful to add some information in the binder. This house had everything we needed for our fun trip to St George

Perfect Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the House it Going. Check in was easy the house and linens were very clean and the bedding was possibly more comfortable than what we have at home. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was perfect for our kids. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Utah getaway

Wonderful experience! Prperty was clean, excellent amenities, hospitable management when we had a request. Check in and check out was easy, great location, fantastic value. Without a doubt would book again!

Great newer home in newer neighborhood with great pool

This property was perfect for our family of 6 the pool was close and very nice the home felt like brand new in a nice quiet neighborhood The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for even more to stay we will definitely be returning

Gorgeous home!!

The smell of CLEAN knocks you over when you arrive and it just gets better! This house was immaculate! Beautiful decor! So incredibly well furnished with everything and anything you need! Can’t wait for our annual trip next year so we can stay here again! Awesome location... out of the way in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes away from everything! Fantastic property!

Great rental in a great area

Our stay at House it Going was great overall. The home and yard were in immaculate condition and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, I would stay there again! However, I have two complaints. Firstly, our checkin process was rocky. I was supposed to receive an email with a rental agreement and code to the door, but I never received it. Thus, we got to the rental and could not get in. We had to call the owners, but they would not give us the information we needed because we accidentally gave them the wrong name (there were 7 of us staying there) despite having the confirmation code. We finally got in, but that added undue stress to our vacation. My other complaint was that the garbage container was already halfway full when we got there.

Happy house

We loved the cheerful decor. Very clean. It was perfect for our sister’s getaway, each room has its own bathroom, and big comfortable beds. Blender and crock pot were a bonus for us. We would love to stay here again. We were confused at first with the stone path leading to the neighbors pool. We thought that was the community rec area and club house until we drove around the neighborhood and saw the very obvious pool area. I’m sure the neighbors would appreciate maybe a private property sign put up so they don’t get snoopy visitors. Oh and binder should be updated with the clean up requirements for check out as they are different then the email. If was a fantastic place to stay.

Nice stay

Very clean, part of a new development. Construction was always ongoing but did not detract from our stay. One negative is that the trash was full from the moment we arrived till the moment we left - trash trucks never came. Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to make a grocery trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

We loved our stay! Everyone had a place to relax. Veey clean, comfortable; and well-stocked. The construction noise was not a problem for us. Nice little trail and park around the corner too! We will be back. Thanks so much.

Vacation Rental Disaster

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had originally booked this reservation to getaway from my everyday routine and relax for a week. When I first booked this home It never stated that there was construction going on with constant noise starting 6am to 8pm everyday of the week Including weekends and when I mean noise LOUD noise (construction tools) I was not able to relax and enjoy myself. In the pictures it also shows a private backyard, which it’s not, we have children and privacy was a must and this property has no fence which means the backyard has full access to the street.. I truly wish we could of known about this home being located in the middle of a construction zone that has been going on for the past couple of years and still going to be ongoing for the next couple of years in the description. It was our first time in Utah and this made an unpleasant experience. I demand a refund and I will not be recommend this property to future Vacation families.And I hope the property management reinstate the description for this property.
