「部屋からWiFiが繋がらず、フロントに部屋を変えるよう依頼したが、部屋を変えたからと繋がる保証はないと言って、直接インターネットを管理しているところ電話するよう指示された。 結局、最後は部屋を変えてもらい、WiFiを使用することができた。 このトラブルのせいで、チャックインご1時間以上無駄な時間を過ごすことになりました。」

「The room and property in general was amazing. Super comfortable beds, and room plan. Very walkable to many restaurants and attractions in the town center. Easy parking. I wasnt impressed with the "Bistro" that is essentially a starbucks. Also, no free lounge coffee, you have to buy at the Bistro/starbucks. Other than that, it was a really great stay. 」

「I reserved 2 rooms to accommodate my daughter and 4 grandchildren. We were met by a very welcoming staff who gave me adjoining rooms. The rooms provided enough individual spots for building Lego’s and playing with dinosaurs and even space for the youngest to safely run between the rooms. The heated pool was the highlight of our weekend; it was secure, well lit and a place where we all had the most family time fun.」
