It was absolutely wonderful!! House was fantastic with lots to do even on a rainy day. Accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. Close proximity to the national parks and the pool are was great. We spent many hours on the patio.

Great place

Loved the waterslide at the pool, great amenities and location. My only complaint would be that some of the rugs are pretty worn out. Overall fantastic and plan on staying there again.

Really Nice home but not super clean

We enjoyed the home and all of the amenities it had to offer. It had a relaxing environment and we liked the style of the home. I enjoyed the updated kitchen. It was really nice to have a bathroom for each person. The only improvement that could be considered would be the cleanliness of the home. It was dusty, dishes were dirty, floors not clean and rugs in kitchen and living area were pretty dirty and worn. I only leave this type of review to improve the experience for others.

Good time

We had a great time at the property. Pool was awesome, lazy river was THE BEST! The house itself was pretty, rooms great. Communication with the property management was not good at all. The cleanliness of the property was not good. Drawers were dirty with lint, hair and idk what else. Couldn’t put clothes away. Lots of little things that were broke, dirty or didn’t work. Bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it, it was just a flat sheet laid on the bed. So gross. The garage was awesome, kids had a blast! Overall it was a nice place. I’ve stayed in another property in a different development and everything was perfect, so compared to the other property I’d give this one a 3.5, the lazy river and pool though really make the place so awesome.

Wonderful stay

Great time for our family and friends. Beautiful, clean, large home with plenty of space for us all. Location was good for Sand Hollow. Kids loved the pool and house amenities. Was an issue at the beginning with the AC not working, but the property management stayed in touch and made sure it got sorted out. Would stay again.

Teen Boys Vanish in Gaming Paradise – Parents Enjoy Blissful Retreat!

Beautiful home with ample space for our group to spread out and gather! My teen boys were especially thrilled with the gaming bedroom, where they retreated and only emerged for food and occasional daylight sightings. Perfect place for a family getaway—loved every moment of our stay!

Family memories made here

This was the perfect stay for a family reunion. Plenty of space to be together and also for everyone to have some private space to rest. The space is very clean, is very well cared for. We cooked at home almost every day and the place had most everything you would need. One thing we were confused about was the coffee makers that were listed, we only found the K cup coffee maker, that was probably our mistake misunderstanding. Hosts were wonderful, responding immediately whenever there was a question. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again.

Almost Perfect

We greatly enjoyed renting this condo. We have met as a family in Washington, UT, once a year over the past five years. My wife daughter & I live in Mesa, AZ, 7 hours away and my 2 daughters and their husband's (and 1 foster daughter) live in Salt Lake City, UT, 4 hours away. This year, my mother-in-law, also from Mesa, made the trip with us, mainly to see her granddaughters and to join us on a tour of the St George temple open house, which was simply amazing. The best part about the condo is when we first walked in and pleasantly discovered that besides the standard master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, like all condos, there was an additional main level bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom. This was very beneficial because my mother in law (and my wife) has difficulty using stairs. So that was very helpful. We also liked how each of the 5 bedrooms had their own bathroom. After staying there for the extended weekend, my mother in law was referring to the condo as "the place that has everything." We'll, almost everything, anyway. I found it strange that in a house that had everything, that only 2 hairdryers were provided for the 5 bathrooms. When is the last time that you had to pack your home hairdryer on vacation? It's been over 30 years for me, and I travel a lot. Also, there were just 9 plastic hangers for my wife and I to share in our main master bedroom. We should have brought those too, and left them. But I'd definitely rent it again!

Perfect for all

Zion park was close and Bryce canyon a lil farther but drivable and doable distance. Kids loved after a day of hiking going to the pool, lazy river and Jacuzzi. Very quiet and calm neighborhood. Very safe and just perfect for get together with family.

Family visit to Tuacahn

The house was great in a good neighborhood near shopping, golf and Tuacahn. The house was comfortable for our five couples. We enjoyed the ping pong and other games. It would have been great if the pool was completed but they were working while we were there so it should be ready soon. The only issue was the barbecue. There is a sign requesting that it be burnt and brushed but it was filled with grease and needed cleaning. We left it clean but not everyone does not.

Great Property- New Community

We loved our stay at this property. Brand new development and a great property to have a couple of families come stay. House was fully stocked with things needed and the kids had a great time. Only major downside is the pool is still not open.
