My wife had wanted to visit DC and the surrounding areas for several years so we opted to stay at this property northeast of the National Mall.The location is great. It is a reasonable walk to the Capitol and the Mall. The property is also a short walk to many excellent eateries. (Unfortunately many of the museums were closed due to the government shutdown, but we had a great time nonetheless.)I found our host to be helpful and quick to respond to questions through-out our visit. Check-in and check-out was easy.The place itself was very clean and comfortable.
