  • Summary:

    Look no further, come stay in DC`s iconic Bloomingdale neighborhood, nestled amongst historic rowhomes. This exquisite 3 bedroom home boasts lots of light, plenty of space, private parking, and two outdoor decks. Whether you’re coming for business or pleasure, you’ll be happy to call this your home as you unwind after enjoying the sights of DC. Conveniently located near many of DC's best coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, 10min walk to the metro and less than two miles from the city's sights.



    The Space:

    Relax and unwind in this airy and spacious home. Every room is uniquely different and lovingly designed with beautiful artwork, textures, and finishes. Fully stocked kitchen, excellent Wi-Fi, HEPA air filter, fireplace, and loaded with amenities.



    We can sleep 6 guests with the following configuration:



    Bedroom 1 King - Sleeps 2

    Bedroom 2 Queen - Sleeps 2

    Bedroom 3 Twin - Sleeps 1



    One full bath with bathtub and shower; one half bath with sink and toilet located in the lower level.



    Guest Access:

    The Neighborhood:

    The Washington Post called Bloomingdale "Everyone's Favorite Neighborhood" in a 2016 article, and things have only gotten better since. Great bars and restaurants, historic homes, a farmer's market that runs from April to November, excellent public transportation options and walkability (a Top 10 most walkable neighborhood according to walkscore). Bloomingdale is home to a DC Neighborhood Heritage Trail, which includes two stops on Randolph Place (our block).



    Getting Around:

    Bloomingdale has a Walk Score of 96 ("Walker's Paradise") and is rated as one of the Top 10 Most Walkable Neighborhoods in DC. The house is a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Capitol and National Mall. It is situated among great public transportation lines - a ten minute walk to the Green/Yellow subway line; 20 minute walk to Red Line; two bike rental locations within blocks; several bus options; close to I-375 with easy access to Virginia; close to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway with easy access to Maryland. Private, secure parking included on site for those traveling with a car.

The location was well.kept and clean, the parking spot was tight like the Ad mentioned anything bigger than a Mid SuV your not closing the garage door , we have a Sante Fe 2024 and possibly had about a foot to play with , the area was qiuet and 10 to 15 mins from everything which was perfect , we parked at the Reagan that was 12 mins away.
