We loved this house and property! It is a great place to stay. I would have given it a full 5 stars, but the property management company was the weirdest one I have worked with and I have rented a lot of houses. Before renting, I sent them a question and got a one word answer “yes”. That should have been my first clue of their attention to detail. Then on my initial booking they over charged me and I had to ask for a adjustment. On the HomeAway app, this unit appeared as being in Wellington, UT, not Washington, I asked about that and they assured me it was in Washington, but never fixed it. When it was time to make my final payment, there wasn’t any options on the app to make the payment, so I thought it would automatically be made on my card. That never happened, I had to email them asking them how to pay. Also on the app, there is usually “check in” instructions, at least something like “you will get an email a week before your stay”. There’s nothing on the app. With the less than par experience I had so far this made me nervous, so I messaged them again for the information. Once we got to the house, everything was great, but honestly I have never had an experience like this with a management company.
