「Great place to stay」

「We booked a “suite”… 2 beds and a couch lined up against a frigid air conditioner to get any fresh air at all… yet the staff said they were unable to provide additional comforters… in spite of the $430+ taxes PER NITE charge. This is DOUBLE the price of luxury hotels we’ll be staying at in Europe. Crazy. The desk staff were short tempered about it. The breakfast help worked nonstop and was very sweet.」

「This is one of the most pet friendly inns we've ever stayed at and really appreciated being able to have dinner and drinks on site with our dog being included and given treats. The rooms are cleaned very well and I witnessed staff cleaning common areas frequently. The continental breakfast has great options for everyone; fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, juices, oatmeal and cold cereal. The coffee bar is kept stocked 24/7 and ice water is available in the lobby for free....

「I stayed here for 3 nights. It's conveniently located near Olympic National Park. The building is a little old, but it's well-maintained. The staff are very friendly. Free coffee is available at all times. If I have the opportunity to visit Olympic National Park again, I would like to stay here again.」

「Room was clean and nice, but AC unit made a terrible racket when it ran and struggled to cool the room down. In addition, the walls and floors are thin and you can hear all the activity/movement in the adjoining rooms. Other than that we were happy with the Inn.」

「No AC which is not unusual for the Pacific Northwest, but would have been nice.」

「It's the only place in LA push to stay. No onsite food, it's about .3 walk to the food truck or the grill. Limited hours on both. We had a half used apple juice on our counter left by the last person or maid. The bed is not comfy, had kids knocking on our cabin and running away at 11pm, showers are available at the end of the property but anyone who stops at the gas station can use them also. Even with all that said, you can't beat the views from the beach area!」

「We love the Red Lion. Right downtown near shopping and restaurants and the ocean view from the balcony can't be beat.」
