  • Great location!
    Riverview and access. Simple cottage with a deck. Enjoy our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

    Sleeps up to 4 people. Double bed in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room.
    Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen tv, Fire Stick streaming.
    Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!? Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
    6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (1) Car Only - no extras please.

    Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Amazing !

We had an amazing stay here ! The place was extremely clean. Quite location & just a quick walk to the main beach. The staff was very friendly as well. Would highly recommend and will stay at this place again if ever I head back to wasaga.

Perfect little get-away

This little cottage is a perfect place to stay for a few days or more. It was clean and had everything that we needed. So close to the beach and the Wasaga strip, we will return.

Great stay for family and friends

The location and upkeep of this property make it an ideal place for an affordable family vacation to Wasaga Beach. The atmosphere was friendly and laid back and the view to the beach quite stunning. The cabins are older in style, but quaint and comfortable. The host was always around and responsive.

Nice small cottage close to main beach - quite cozy and in a decent condition. Has all necessary things inside - dishes, forks, spoons etc. close to everything. Host is nice and caring. Can definitely recommend this place.

Property is on a great location few minutes walk to the beach. Cottage is quite small good for youngsters not bad for family with one kid ,privacy is a question mark during my stay it was quite noisy my both sids of the cottage group of youngsters were staying so my kids were disturbed in their sleeping time and if you camp fire lovers so there is one fire pit first come first serve basis.

À 3 minutes à pieds de la plage #1.Sur le bord de la rivière, à côté du pont. Le chalet n'est pas neuf, mais il est propre. Il y a beaucoup d'espace gazonné juste sur le bord de la rivière. Feu de camp partagé, 1 bbq par 2 chalets, tout le nécessaire dont on a besoin. Air climatisé.
