"Not what I expected. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star as is stated in the Hotel.com. The facility needs some serious upgrade since everything is old and worn. There was a stench in the hallway that was quite unpleasant. On the plus side the staff was friendly and helpul and the breakfast was quite descent."

"The balcony view was beautiful and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately, the lack of A/C with the unseasonably warm weather was a deal breaker. However, the staff was very understanding and gracious and we were able to switch hotels with a full refund. Would still recommend."

"The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are handsomely decorated. The beds were quite comfortable and linens and pillows were 5*. We had breakfast with our room and thats were the hotel fell short. It was an a la carte menu. Except for the fried eggs, the eggs were undercooked. They had a bread table in which the guest held the loaf with a napkin and cut a slice. Not in compliance with a post pandemic world. No hot or cold cereals. Just one selection of yogurt. The staff at breakfast never smiled and the last day we asked for a refill of coffee and the gentleman totally forgot. The location was good. Easy walk to Old Town"

"The place is very inaccessible. To reach hotel you must be dropped off 2 blocks away. Cross stairs and cobblestones carrying luggage. Reception is up 2 flights of stairs and rooms are on 3 floor. No room amenities at all. The bed is flat and the table has no leg room so can’t sit at table. Most annoying is that the hotel was built in the 1950’s to replace a destroyed Warsaw. The uneven stairs, crooked sidewalks everywhere are by design. No original buildings left in old town."
