「Clean hotel」

「The breakfasts at Hampton Inns are always quite good, and in this case the breakfast staff was very active and attentive to details, making the breakfast experience an excellent one.」

「Power went out a few times...elevator was not working for most of the trip and the room took a while for it too be cleaned.」

「Good breakfast. Clean room. Room needed repairs. Standing lamp didn't work and was an electrical hazard so I unpluged it. Towel bar in bathroom was not there and one end of the towel bar holder was on the floor. Had to plug in the cord to the lights between the beds. Window curtain hangers needed to be attached. Poor lighting in room. Another liability was a metal piece with nothing attached to it on the entrance wall. If not looking, one could easily scrape leg if walking too close to...

「I expect more from a Comfort Inn. The bedspread was both dirty on the edges and torn. It was white in color which made the dirt easy to see. The floor in the room had small peices of paper lying about which indicated it had not been vacumed. We had only one bath towel in the bathroom to accompany two hand towels and two washcloths. The staff were pleasant and helpful but obviously the standard for this motel below what it should have been.」

「We love Essenhaus! The hotel was so clean and cozy. Breakfast was fantastic!」
