The outside of the property was a bit dated and the area was covered with a lot of graffiti. The inside was clean and updated. It was a very spacious apartment and the washing machine was definitely a plus. A quick walk up the stairs across the street will get you to the Old Town Square.

Perfect in Old Town

This apartment had everything ready and necessary for a three night stay in an Old Town square. View from windows of apartment was the beautiful cathedral with bell tower chiming the hours. The washer came in very handy for travelers needing to wash clothes. Two caveats: there are no taxis or autos allowed in the street adjacent, so be prepared to walk with your baggage. Also the antique building has a beautiful staircase but no lift to walk up three stories with luggage.

Great Stay in a Vibrant, Safe Area The Uber couldn’t drop us right at the door, but left us nearby. The streets are cobbled, so watch your step. There’s quite a bit of graffiti around, but that’s typical for many European cities. The door code requires all the # symbols and unlocks silently, so at first, I wasn’t sure it had worked — but once the circle turns green, just give the door a push. The apartment itself was great — clean, spacious, with plenty of room, and the beds were super comfortable. The balcony was small but a nice addition. While there’s no longer a river view, the tall trees outside were pleasant, though starting to feel a bit overgrown. Some plants growing out of the side could use attention. We came and went at all hours and always felt safe. I used my phone for directions late in the evening (around 10 PM) with no issues walking through the square and back to the apartment. The nearby fountains were a hit with the kids, and the small 24-hour Carrefour was handy for picking up essentials. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. My only small wishlist would be to add more clothes hangers and some weighing scales to help manage suitcase weight before heading to the airport.

No better place to stay

Absolutely charming place, best location in all of Warsaw, close to restaurants old town and castle, tour bus stop, meteor, taxi rank.close to everything but in a quiet peaceful square. Apartment we stayed in was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Management were helpful and communicative. Highly recommend and will certainly use for future trips. 👍👍👍👍👍

Very nice property. I like that I didn’t need keys to get into the space. It was nice just needing codes to enter different doors. The room was just as pictured and really nice. I would stay again.

Nice place

The location is great. The apartment is very worn, the floor is coming apart. The toilet seat is too small for the toilet so it is loose. The directions given before you arrive does not go to the apartment but 2 blocks away, with no directions on how to get to the apartment. We had to wander around and ask strangers for help. They need to give directions from the drop off to the apartment. When we got to the apartment we had to call the manager for help, the directions left in the apartment were wrong. The manager came and was very helpful. She said the instructions were old and needed updating.. only go here if you don't mind an adventure. Comfortable stay.

Good Central Hideaway

Apartment is lovely, spacious and extremely quiet even though it's just a 3 minute walk to the main square. Very comfortable beds with warm duvets. Loved the little balcony. Only negatives is that under the beds hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and that I had to chase the rental company for the access code -but this was then sent immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic location right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was spotless and really modern design. We had a little problem opening the doors but this was quickly resolved even late at might. A great first time experience in Warsaw, i will be back

One of the best places in the city. Right in the heart of old town. The apt was clean, everything accessible. Beautiful bathroom, big living room, nice kitchen. The only thing, we would have liked to have was couple of bottles of water when we arrived. But fortunately the grocery was next door. Absolutely recommend this place. Then you for a great experience.

Easy to find, they have very thorough instructions. Location was beautiful, right in the heart of old town Warsaw. The apartment itself was nice, however, it was very hot. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because the temp was so uncomfortable. Reached out to the owner and told him we were leaving a day earlier and if it was possible to at least have a partial refund and got no answer.

Spacious clean and great views

This 2 bedroom apartment is clean and spacious. It has a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a reasonably sized fridge. Since it's a corner apartment, the views in 3 directions are gorgeous day and night. There is no elevator to this 3rd floor apartment, but it's worth the effort for the view

It is an older building with no elevator. The coffee pot barley worked due to calcium build up. No microwave and no soap powder for the dish washer. Clean but very dated.

The old town is fabulous however the hike up the floor flights of stairs was not It was extremely hot during our stay and the air con was useless The television would not connect at all during our stay, I did email but their solution did not work The location was great and we did know in advance there was no lift, but I wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to how hot the apartments is

This is a great property. Everything was clean and pretty new. The beds were comfortable and great views from all the windows. The location is unmatched. It is close to all the fun, but the block away made it a quiet retreat. Our flight time was canceled, and they rebooked us on an earlier flight which got us to Warsaw at 6:00 am. We were concerned about what we were going to do with all our luggage for the morning. We contacted the host, and they had no other bookings the night before and let us move in right away. Great place, a great host, book this place. You will not be disappointed. The place is better than the pictures.

The location was very convenient to the old town, but renters should know that taxis won't enter old town. We were dropped off with our suitcases at the bottom of a very long set of stairs up a big hill just below our unit. The view of the river was spectacular and almost made up for the climb. The inside needs repairs. The toilet seat slides as does the sink. The plugs are pulling out of the wall. The bathroom needs fixtures for toilet paper and hand towel. It would have been nice to have hand towels, kitchen towel and a bath mat towel. It was clean and the beds were nice.

Avoid during a heat wave

The apartment was very spacious with a large bed, a small but sufficient kitchen area, and a table with 2 chairs. The bathroom was spacious but lacked counter space to keep my toiletries, there was no place to hang my clothes, and the shower lacked anyplace to put the soap and shampoo other than the floor. But the biggest problem which made my stay quite uncomfortable is the lack of air conditioning. When I was there the temperature was 96 degrees F / 36 degrees C outside, and pretty much the same inside. Despite the fan it was extremely uncomfortable.
