The Space:
Farm Stay at Sheltered Paddock by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful countryside of Warrenmang - Pyrenees Wine Region, just an hour's drive from Ballarat. The tiny house overlooks a large lake and looks out onto the rolling hills of the Pyrenees Ranges, conveniently located near Summerfield Winery and Avoca Hotel.
For those seeking adventure, a scenic journey to Grampians National Park is just an hour's drive away, passing through charming towns like Stawell, and Halls Gap. Along the way, you'll encounter stunning attractions such as Boroka Lookout, Mackenzie Falls, and The Pinnacle.
It's a cozy 113-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence. We also have common restroom accessible to guests equipped with flush toilet approximately 15 meters from the tiny house.

Getting Around:
By car: 2hrs 25 mins from Melbourne CBD
20 min drive to and from the nearest town
By public transport: You can take the V/Line train from Melbourne to Maryborough or Ballarat, then a bus to Avoca. There is no public transport directly to our property. Can pick up from Avoca for an additional charge by arrangement and availability.
Other Things to Note:
- No mobile reception
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property/tiny house
- Firewood cost is $20 per night and to be paid directly to the host upon arrival
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Keep in mind that "fence improvement" is on-going for a safer space for your pets. Hence, please keep an eye on your pets and have them leashed at all times.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Please advise that there will be some animal and tractor noise during your stay with us as we are a working farm that cares for animals and crops.
- Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee of $10 per 5 gig. Password will be provided at check-in, as we operate on metered satellite internet. Please pre-arrange at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
