"My family truly enjoyed our stay at this place. The beds were generously sized and incredibly comfortable, which made for great nights of rest. We especially loved starting our mornings at the coffee bar—it was a wonderful touch.We also had a fantastic time relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. "I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have had four different rooms which are all different and have their own charm. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is nice to have a restaurant and bar downstairs that closes at 10pm so it is not noisy at night either. My only complaints though, are it doesn't look like anyone has washed and of the windows of the entire establishment in over a year, they really need cleaned. In addition to that the lightbulbs in the room are really dim. I was hard to read or play cards at night. The maid was nice enough to bring another light for my room, but it had low wattage bulbs in it too. Some of the rooms really need a small desk or table to work on too. Will I stay here again? Yes, but I hope they improve the issues mentioned."

"Check in was at 2:30 pm, I didn’t recieve the door code till 6pm. It was difficult to get her attention via phone and email at first. Arrived at the house and it was just like the pictures. What I didn’t expect was yard junk all over the outside and sheds. Walked in the house and it smelled as soon as you entered the door. The owners house faces the bedroom of the rental we were staying in. There is absolutely no privacy in the house because there is no blinds and no curtains. We rented the space for use of a kitchen. There were only disposable utensils and we spent over an hour cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was dusty or dirty nothing was clean except her new carpet she harped about not walking on. The toilet seats all needed to be changed. No amount of cleaning can address the toilet seats they need to be replaced. The place was unkept and filthy. The house needs a professional cleaner after every stay. It’s obvious this place does not get cleaned on any sort of regular basis. Stove top was useless , burners only worked on high so unless you liked burnt food there’s no point in using it. The upstairs bathroom leaks right down into the center of the kitchen so made cooking even more of a challenge. I had to empty a bucket after every shower. I don’t believe this house is up to any building code standards. We tried dealing with the place since it was to late to get a refund. Ended up leaving a day early. Lucky for us we could afford to go somewhere else."

"We’ve rented this property on three different occasions, and it keeps diving us back. The structure itself has the all the character of rustic modern charm, with a little of that Alpine cabin feeling. There is plenty to keep everybody happy and engaged. There were eight of us ranging from 75 to 2 and all of us were laughing and having a great time."
