Separate holiday apartment on the first floor. Located on the edge of the old town, the apartment features two bedrooms with double beds (one with the option of an extra bed for one additional person), a bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a separate WC, a kitchen with dishwasher, etc., and a living room with an LED TV. Wi-Fi, bicycle storage, a shared seating area, and other operating costs are included in the rental price. Green electricity is provided by the building's own photovoltaic system. Each apartment has a wallbox/charging station for electric cars (usage is billed separately). Optional linen packages (bed linens, bath towel, hand towel) are available for a one-time fee of €10 per person. Additional free parking spaces are available in front of the building.
