Ferienhaus Waren (Müritz)

A little away from the hustle and bustle, yet only 500 m (through a pedestrian tunnel) from the beautiful old town and the harbour with its promenade, the holiday apartment for two people is located on the owner's fully enclosed residential property of approx. 1,700 m² on the first floor of an apartment building. A restaurant and boat hire on the Tiefwarensee lake are just a few steps away, while the railway station and a bakery are around 400 metres away.



The approx. 37 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking flat with separate entrance has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small dining table), a bedroom (double bed), a complete kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC, electric towel warmer). There are also bicycle storage facilities (bicycle shed) on the property, a small seating area on the property, barbecue and W-LAN. Free public car parking is available directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity.



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax



The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.

In ruhiger Lage nah am Zentrum

Sehr zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, große Sauberkeit, ruhige Lage und schnell zugänglich zum Zentrum (Einkauf, Gastronomie, Ausflug, Wasser). Sehr angenehme Beziehung zum hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Gartenaufenthalt bei gutem Wetter möglich. Treppenaufgang zum 1. Stockwerk für gebrechliche Menschen schwierig.
