  • Fabulous waterfront estate at the gateway to Cape Cod, MA on Buzzards Bay. Nearly 5,000 square feet on 2.5 acres of land with deeded access to a private sandy beach and boat dock. This 6-bedroom 4-bathroom secluded home is surrounded by over 15 acres of pristine coastal conservation land. Golf cart included to explore the seashore, neighboring golf club, and Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary. This home is child and pet friendly and a great location for events such as small weddings, family or class reunions, etc. Home is equipped with 4 kayaks and is situated across from Onset Beach with amazing restaurants and shopping. Just minutes from Wareham Crossing Shopping Center, the Bourne Bridge, the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway, and lots of amazing cranberry bogs! Within an hour's drive to Boston, Providence and Newport, just 30 minutes to the Woods Hole Ferry Terminal to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and just a 90 minute drive to Provincetown, MA. All sheets and linens and bath and beach towels are included. This home is fully stocked. The beds are made and the home is professionally cleaned and always move-in ready. Just set your luggage down, hop in the golf cart and head to the sandy beach!

I hosted my wedding here last weekend and it couldn't have gone better! The hosts were incredibly nice, made sure the house was in good shape, and even helped give us recommendations through the planning process. They were very accommodating to our needs/wants and made every effort to make our time there the best it could be!

Wedding weekend

We had a great time celebrating our small wedding at Brian and Leah's house. The house and setting was beautiful and the owners were easy to work with. We especially enjoyed being able to have our dogs with us and have our own private beach area. We would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed here for our October wedding, and the location is even more beautiful than the pictures. The host and house manager were very responsive to our questions/concerns. All of the bedding and bathrooms were very clean. We used Minkle Bros catering, Ashley Spears photography, and Prime Tent, all were great! Plenty of outside space for our 40-person event.

The house is beautiful! The beach is calm and pleasant. The bay provides stunning views and access to everything you could ask for. We brought 4 families with kids from infant to college age and never lacked access to activities and entertainment - rain or shine, even if we never left the property. The owners/manager were incredibly quick to respond to every question or concern. Everything was outstanding!

Perfect House for Multiple Families

We stayed here for a wonderful week. We had toddlers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all under one roof, and the layout of the house was perfect for everyone to have space and hang out in the communal spaces at the same time. It was a quick walk to the beach, and the town js locely, but honestly enjoyed 90% of our time on the property. Can’t wait to return next year.

Awesome property.

We had a great weekend stay here. It's a gorgeous property and our short stay was not long enough to do all activities this property has to offer. Can't wait to come back. PS..the shower turns into a steam room! Awesome!

Beautiful home, lovely location

Had a wonderful stay at Osprey Nest. The home is perfect for a family gathering, with lots of space for getting together but also with a layout that allows for plenty of privacy when desired. Check in was seemless and easy, the host was there when needed and invisible otherwise, and the house/grounds were exactly as described and had everything you could want. You cannot go wrong staying here.

An unforgettable summer getaway

Our stay here was unbelievable - extremely clean/ welcoming / and functional for our very large family. We also had our wedding celebration here - the host was hospitable and responsive to our questions leading up to our special day. Highly recommend !!

Peaceful feels like your so far away

It’s was a great week with family and friends and having the beach and outdoor amenities as well The golf cart was very helpful to go back and fourth with. Brian was great and easy to reach! We had everything we needed. I highly suggest this perfect spot!

Amazing stay!

We had the best stay and wedding on the property! The owners and property manager were communicative and responded immediately over any concerns. Prior to the event, Brian answered all of my questions and was incredibly flexible with any requests. The house is on a beautiful private beach which was perfect for our ceremony and to host a large group!

Peace and quiet and fun!

Absolutely beautiful home to spend our Memorial Day Weekend with family at! Brian was extremely helpful and super easy to communicate with. Such a great experience. Everyone was very impressed with the home and property. Would 100% recommend!

Great get away

The Osprey Nest was the perfect location to have our small wedding along with a post mini vacation. It was a huge plus we were able to bring our dog along, too. The golf cart was definitely helpful and we loved gathering around the fire pit at night. Also, it’s in the perfect location if you want to leave and explore the cape or even take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

Xmas Family Getaway

Beautiful spacious home! Host was very communicative and helpful. The beach and grounds were wonderful! Loved being able to use the golf cart for my older family members. The pool table, ping pong table and multiple tv rooms made it easy to vacation with a group aged 14 to 80. Thanks!
