「This is a very quiet quaint property that has a very old world charm to it. The rooms are very spacious and are decorated with lots of cow skins and other furs all over the floors and furniture. The owner is very friendly and quick to help in with any issues you may have from finding places to sightsee to finding places to eat at. 「We were there for day 1 of the tour and to look around Lille. Enjoyed the hotel - dinner in the restaurant was excellent, breakfasts were great and the room was comfortable and quiet. Its on the tramline and 20 mins to the centre- or 10 minutes uber . Coffee at breakfast wasn't great - but everything else was!」
" The reception staff was very inefficient. Although several staff members were present, they did not work efficiently and often ignored waiting customers. Only one staff member assisted one guest at a time, which caused unnecessary delays. As a result, I had to wait 20 minutes just to retrieve my luggage."
