"Die Wirtin haben wir nicht kennengelernt. Die Wohnung über 2 Etagen verfügte über eine Treppe,die nicht durch ein Geländer abgesichert war. Das Bad lag vorgelagert auf einem Flur auf dem noch die schmutzige Bettwäsche lag, der Flur wurde als Zugang zu anderen Räumen benutzt und war mit Zigaretten Qualm geräuchert. Im Bad wären nicht ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche verfügte weder über Kaffeemaschine noch einen Toaster. Ich hätte mir auch eine etwas gepflegere Umgebung auf dem Hof...

"A pleasant spacious house, but lacked a good gathering space for all of us. No washing machine was a real problem. No freezer, either - and a bath would have been very welcome. It was odd having two kitchens. The surroundings were lovely."

Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen ein und das Haus war wirklich komfortabel. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die zuvor bestellten Handtücher und Bettwäsche bei der Ankunft nicht bereitlagen.
