"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite. "What made the hotel extra special was the staff. All exemplary, reception staff were a bit timid and probably could do with stronger personalities and better customer service skills bit rest of staff from doormen, luggage guys, security and especailally the dining room staff. Only real issur O had os that we had to keep clairifying our half board status, we had to clarify this at least 4 times even at check out which was quite embarrasing and extrememly annoying"
