4-room semi-detached house 72 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (70 cm, length 160 cm). Sep. WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. There is a beer tap in the house. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 2 children. The owner does not accept occupancy of more than 4 adults.
