Super, mit ein paar kl. Abzügen.
Wohnung war super, sehr geräumig alles neu (neuwertig). Sah auf den Bildern kleiner aus, bis auf das Bad, das sah etwas größer aus ist aber in Ordnung. Tolle riesen Dusche.Kl. Abzüge: Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und was fehlt ist ein überdachter Unterstand für Fahrräder. Und die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern hängen alle runter .

Toller Urlaub
Es war ein super toller Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sauber und bis auf einen Messbecher und eventuell mehr Stauraum in der Küche in Form eines regales hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen und würden die Unterkunft auch jederzeit weiter empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand und den anderen Geschäften. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht , bis auf eine Mikrowelle. Im ganzen fanden wir es perfekt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung zum Urlaub machen
Schön große, modern eingerichtete Wohnung in guter Lage. Den Strand, die Therme und die Ortsmitte konnten wir wunderbar in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten tolle, erholsame Wochen in Horumersiel.

Ich habe ich sehr auf einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung gefreut. Der erste telefonische Kontakt mit Frau Straub war sehr informativ und freundlich. Leider wurde die Adresse in der Anzeige nicht genannt, Lobend zu erwähnen ist die hervorragend ausgestattete und chice Küche und das wunderschöne Bad. Couch sehr abegenutzt und unbequem. Bett war auch eine eine Katastrophe, Kissen von innen zersetzt und die Matratzen total durchgelegen. Ich habe in der ganzen Zeit nie länger als 3-4 Stunden schlafen können. Umgebung war auch nicht sehr einladen, unter den Wohnung befindet sich eine Reinigungsfirma die morgens bereits um 6.30 Ihre Arbeit aufnimmt, genauso die nebenanliegende Muter-Kind Klinik war sehr störend, der beschriebene Garten der zu dem Haus gehört, war nicht sehr einladend und war auch eher eine Baustelle.
Fazit: Die Wohnung ist nur für einen Kurzaufenthalt geeignet. Erholung in dieser Umgebung eher negativ. Bitte Couch und Bett austauschen, Sehr traurig fand ich auch, dass sich der Vermieter nicht einmal gemeldet und nachgefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Super Wohnung für eine Auszeit zu zweit
Helle großzügige und modern eingerichtete Wohnung für zwei Personen, die zum Wiederkommen einlädt. Die Wohnung liegt in Horumersiel absolut zentral. Alles (Strand, Therme, Lokale, usw.) ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Und trotzdem ist es eine ruhige Lage.
Toll war auch die Kontaktaufnahme durch die Vermieterin ca. 2 Wochen vor der Anreise. Vielen Dank!
Wir hatten bestes Nordsee-Wetter und konnten unsere Auszeit zu zweit voll genießen.

Sehr schön, aber noch Luft nach oben
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Horumersiel. Leider waren die Matratzen im Bett nicht sehr gut. Sehr durchgelegen, da konnte auch der 3cm Matratzen-Topper nicht helfen. Die haben es einfach hinter dich und müssen unbedingt erneuert werden. Die Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer ist außer Funktion. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super großzügig und für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Tolle große Dusche.

Es war ein tolles langes Wochenende. Die Unterkunft war dementsprechend zufriedenstellend. Nur die Matratzen im Bett müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Den Garten konnten wir leider auch nicht nutzen,da die Gartenmöbel total verdreckt waren. Eigentlich schade bei dem schönen Wetter

Das beste an der Wohnung war die Küche .Schlafzimmer das Bett ist einfach nur durchgelesen der topper ist fleckig im Badezimmer riecht es unangenehm die Toilette dürfte auch mal wieder ordentlich geputzt werden (Ablagerungen )Staub an den Lampen tote Mücken kleben noch an den Wänden wohl vom Vormieter Heizung gluckert wird nicht richtig heiß Badezimmer geht die Heizung gar nicht im Treppenhaus ist es auch sehr schmutzig überall spinnenweben und so

Tolle FeWo in idealer Lage
Die FeWo ist geräumig und toll gelegen. Obwohl man nur 200 Meter von der Gastronomie entfernt ist, bekommt man von ihr nichts mit. Einzig der Bett ist Geschmackssache. Ich empfehle den Besitzern einmal in dem Bett zu schlafen und selbst zu entscheiden, ob die Matratze durchgelegen ist. Da ich selbst lieber härter liege, empfand ich die Matratze eher zu durchhängend.
Ansonsten ist alles was man braucht in der FeWo, so ein Geschirrspüler ist echter Luxus.
Horumersiel punktet dadurch, nicht völlig überlaufen zu sein, die meisten möchten wohl lieber direkt in Hooksiel oder Schillig sein, da dort der Sandstrand ist. So ist Horumersiel perfekt zum entspannen.
Ich würde die FeWo wieder buchen.

Die Fewo ist sehr geräumig und für zwei Personen absolut passend. Alles ist neu eingerichtet, sauber und die Wohnung liegt in Fußnähe zum Meer… Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert
