Holiday Home 'Annes Bootshaus' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Our Swedish vacation home in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse is located just 50 km north of Berlin in an idyllic rural setting.

In the 2nd row with a view of the marina, it is protected from prying eyes and you can't see your car from the terrace. Your car is parked on the property behind the house.



Anne's boathouse is modern and comfortably furnished and ideal for a vacation stay for up to 4 people.

The living and dining room with kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with wellness shower and washing machine are located on the ground floor.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a gallery where you can make yourself comfortable with a view of the harbor.

Various devices for securing small children are available.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is more than enough crockery and cooking utensils. You can even find herbs for tasty cooking in the natural stone wall in the garden.

The wood-burning stove makes the house very cozy even in winter.

The terrace invites you to linger when the weather is nice, and at night you can watch the stars from here.



There are plenty of games, books and a large MOSAIK collection for children and adults, as well as a TV, internet radio and Blue Ray player.



In the shed there are 2 folding bikes waiting to be used and high-quality loungers and patio furniture.



You can simply unwind here and go on excursions in the Schorfheide or actively engage in water sports, just as the mood takes you.

And, as I said, it's not far to the capital either.
