5 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms & an additional separate toilet. Full laundry with washing machine & dryer. Enjoy a BBQ beside the manicured lawn that extends alongside the house and looking at Mt Roy.

Enjoy the indoor outdoor living during summer and in those Winter months, cosy up playing games in the lounge with plenty of seating available.

The entire 5-bedroom house is available for your use, with off-street parking available with plenty of space for your vehicles and your boat.
