「Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.」

「not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! 「Absolutely beautiful location and a wonderfully peaceful retreat. The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy. 「Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.」

「WOW! The pictures do not do this property justice- it really is so beautiful. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular.
