"It was a beautiful sunny day when we checked in. We were told the rooftop bar was closed. Very disappointed as i booked based on the mississippi river view hotel bragged about from rooftop. Had i known of closure i would have chosen a different hotel."

"Room was clean but worn in places, liked chipped paint, door on the dresser wouldn’t close, lights in both elevators flickered intensely. The rear doors smelled like pot "

"This place was amazing! The vibe was super chill and we felt very safe. The restaurant downstairs makes the best pizza!"

"Facility was decent, most of staff were pretty bad. One front desk attendant was great and nice, and one other staff member who might have been the hotel manager (not sure) was also pleasant. The staff in the breakfast area was incredibly rude, and other front desk and general staff were not great. Despite the hotel itself being decent, I'm not sure I'd come back."
