When I got to the property I was told i didn’t book a hot tub room And that it was non refundable so i settled with a standard room ..walking up the stairs (elevator out of service ) I was then greeted by a poop turn walking up to my room there was a man that was not a worker who was rolling drugs That followed us all the way to our room and stood in the door the whole time ..I started to inspect the room as usual and pulled the covers back There was a big yellow stain and black and white spots all over the sheet I went to find a house keeper to ask for clean bedding who then respond those are clean I told him I still wanted different ones I started pulling the sheets off and food red and brown stains I then went down stairs to let the clerk know I did not wanna stay here and that non refundable would only be understandable if I received what I booked and if I received a clean room the clerk called me a liar and said I was never told there was a hot tub room available and that I would not be getting a refund and that I needed to contact who I book from I respond by raising my voice as well and telling her the condition of this room was unreal and it should Not been rented to me there was another lady in lobby yelling about her room condition the place was all around unprofessional unsanitary and unfit for living I would not recommend I’m out of my money for this room and I still had to book another room Expedia should cut ties with this hotel

We booked a smoking room for one night when we got there and checked and put us in a room on the 3rd floor. I was told the elevators didn’t work my mother in-law can not walk very well and had to climb stairs to get to the room. We got to the room you had to give the door a hard push to get it open. The room itself was in need of updating not to mention the roaches crawling on the walls and tables for a smoking room there’s no ashtrays in the room I whet back down to get one and was given styrofoam cups to use. Even though it was a pass-through room on our way home, I would not recommend staying there on the other hand. The staff was decent.

This motel was one bad thing after the next. The whole place had a slight cigarette smell, the elevator was out, and there was no cable (the latter two I could forgive cause I know things break and that can't be helped). I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they put me in smelled like someone had smoked in there with cigarette burn holes in the comforter. There were also large stains on the comforter and chair. I asked for a new room which they accommodated. The new room didn't smell like smoke but there were again large stains on the comforter, chair, and wall. I wasn't expecting a lot, but general cleanliness is a must. I didn't stay there a single night and they wouldn't give me a refund.

The room smelled strange, had cracking all over the walls and ceilings, in the bathtubs, and on the outlets. They only gave us one single towel at first that felt like it was paper. The bed felt like its springs were broken and the floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The only positive was the staff seemed nice and checking in was very quick.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever booked!! I had planned a nice evening with my wife. This was supposed to be a nice hotel downtown by the river…. Turns out it’s a DUMP NEXT TO TRAIN TRACKS!! It is run down. The elevators are out of order. Lights don’t work. There are cigarette burns on the furniture even though it’s SUPPOSED to be nonsmoking. The place is a hotel straight out of a horror film!!! The river isn’t even visible from the hotel!! I rented a room with a jacuzzi. When we started to fill the hot tub these black things started floating in the water. I immediately.went to the front desk to request another room. She informed me that they only have 2 rooms with a jacuzzi so she moved me to the other room. Everything was fine till we pulled back the sheets… The sheets were FILTHY!! There was even a BLOOD STAIN on the sheets!!! The final straw was when my wife stream because OF ROACHES!!! FRUSTRATED AND EMBARRASSED, I demanded a refund WHICH THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME!!! I am now working with my credit card company to get my money back…. THIS PLACE TOTALLY RUINED MY EVENING!!!

I request a Refund!! This place is ridiculous unlivable. False advertisement, the website have breakfast but they don’t serve breakfast not even a cup of coffee. I stayed a week no clean towels nor sheets, no toilet tissue, no ice machine. This place need to be demolished. The tubs and beds are worn out. The staff is very nasty people, unfriendly and are big liars. This place is out of compliance with the Health Dept why are they still operating business. Please do not stay here.

The room was neglected. No towels, sheets, nor toilet paper. House keeping never came to clean. There was bugs and mildew everywhere. The owners didn't speak English. There was no breakfast, and my card was overcharged. " I NEED A REFUND" THANK YOU!!
