「Property was close to all the areas I wanted to go to in Forster. Very friendly staff」

「Check in process was efficient. Bathroom had bad smell, and there was no hand soap and only tiny shower soap available.」

「安いので仕方ありませんが、もう泊まることはありません。仮眠宿です。」

「I stay here because the location to regional and local buses is convenient, and the lake view is beautiful. Bistro and bar below is handy. Biggest complaint is the housekeeping staff was knocking on the door at 8:45 to 9:30 every morning, too early since I didn’t need to leave until 10:00am each day. 「フロントの方はとても気さくで感じがよかったです。部屋も広く清潔で申し分ありません。近くのワンマイルビーチでは、クジラやイルカも砂浜から見ることができて大満足でした。機会があればまた行きたいです。」

「This hotel feels fresh and modern after its recent updates, and the staff truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spotless with beautiful new fixtures, and the team goes out of their way to help with recommendations and local requests, making our stay smooth and stress-free」

「大満足です。キッチンにコンロがなかったのが少し残念。コンロがあったら長期滞在したいです。」

「Good stay Club adjacent provider good meals」

「A great place to stay. The proprietor was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The location is brilliant too. Close to everything, but just far enough away to be 'quiet'. Will definitely return to Bella Villa!」

「The room was comfortable. the only issues were our window didn’t close all the way so the sounds outside from other guests were a bit louder & noisier and we found an empty beer bottle kicked under the bed along with tissues from the previous guests that wasn’t cleaned up . Other than that the staff were kind and helpful , the pool was nice too.」
