"I don’t usually leave reviews but our stay was NOT acceptable. We stayed one night and got very little sleep. After going to bed we heard pounding above us and something hit our window. I called the front desk and was told they were doing maintenance above us on the roof. I explained how loud it was and the extension cord kept hitting our window. I was told it was scheduled to end at 2:00am, as if that made it ok that it would only last a couple more hours. We were then woken up by housekeeping at 9:00 to see if we had checked out yet. Also no conditioner in my shower or my daughter’s room. When I spoke to the front desk at checkout I asked about how full the hotel was. I was told there were other rooms available but they couldn’t have changed our room as we booked through Expedia. Unacceptable!"

"No frills motel that fit the bill for a short stay in town. Staff were nowhere to be found during check-in and check out, breakfast was good and room was clean, although the bed was not very comfortable at all. "

"The garden motel was very nice! Great parking in front of room, clean, cozy and the room we had was quite big. Had a kitchenette nook, big bathroom and 2 beds. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was very clean and in good condition and access was a breeze. The location of this townhome was perfect with immediate access to downtown Walla Walla. We had a great weekend and highly recommend this place and the hosts!"

"There need to be instructions when you check in and out. There was nothing. We went down on Friday for Funeral for my husbands mother. We didn't get code for gate until after 4:00 didn't work. we spent half an hour trying to get in, they finally buzzed thru the gate. We had Rosary at 6:00, barely got there on time. We booked this 3 weeks ahead, when we got there master bed not made, someone's stuff in bathroom, toilet was dirty in two of the bathrooms. We had to look all over for everything. For the money, not impressed. We have stayed in many VRBO's and the houses for clean and had instructions on what to do and where to find items. It was like they weren't expecting us.Won't be booking this one again."
