"The air conditioning system was like having a freight train 4 ft from the bed, almost impossible to sleep! The hotel had experienced a short power outage that caused the checking in, ordering a dinner not possible. We will not be back! However the staff was great! Dennis Lunde "

"Two night stay. Check in was easy, friendly staff. We had an issue with the a/c in the room on the first night. Talked to staff in the morning and asked to have it checked. We went out in the morning and returned around noon and still had no a/c. Informed staff as we were heading out again. Didn’t return until after 10 pm to find still no a/c. Was to tired to ask to change rooms at this point as we were leaving the next morning. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows, but sheets were not very good, towels were low quality, and no hand towels. No hair dryer in the room. Requested one from front desk but it did not work. They don’t do a breakfast, and snacks are all vending machine. No pantry at front desk to purchase anything. "

"Chris was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Any issues were offered to be resolved promptly. Chris was kind, helpful and did his best to resolve things that came up as the week went by. He sent an air pump for the basketball via Amazon when the ball was found flat and sent a basket of chocolates when other normal house issues arised as a thank you for our patience. Very convenient location and great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again for our next visit."

"We LOVED our stay at Casa de Stella Luna. Upon checkin there was an issue with our code not working but I called the host and she immediately let us in, apologized and fixed it. There was a-lot of wind that day too and therefore a lot of leaves in the pool and again, the host was on it immediately, turning the pool vacuum on remotely for us. This house had literally everything you could possibly need during your stay and everything that you may have forgot. There were also pool toys for the kids to play with, a very fun hangout space outside and a neat walking path right outside leading to a lake with ducks and playgrounds for the kids. The whole house also smelt wonderful in every room! It was PERFECT for our family of 5 but the space would also work for 2 couples or a small girls trip. We will definitely try to rent this house again on our next visit to Gilbert."
