"Hi.Die Unterkunft war für meinen Partner und seine Söhne über die Feiertage, damit sie Privatsphäre haben und einen Ort zum Zurückziehen. Hat alles super geklappt. Herr Pietsch war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich durfte schon vor dem Check-Inn kurz in die Wohnung zum bereitstellen von Getränken und Süßigkeiten zum "Hallo". Sogar beim Tragen hat mir Herr Pietsch geholfen. War ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt für meine "Jungs". Danke. "

"Alles in allem ein schönes Appartement. Jedes der drei Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa. Für unsere Gruppe mit 7 Personen war es perfekt. Kleinere Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Kühlschrank, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mirkowelle sind auf vorhanden, sodass man auf die schnelle sich auf etwas zu essen oder ein Getränk vorbereiten kann. "Breakfast buffet was great! One of the elevators was not working which made elevators in the morning a slog. You can use the emergency exit stairs, but be warned that they route you outside. The stairs near room X08 drop you fairly close to the front door. The other stairs send you to the loading dock on the back side. :) Room could have used a bit more light at night, but was workable. The step into / out of the shower is big! Americans be warned. :) Otherwise the shower was very nice. High flow. Good hot water. We were there for Essen Spiel. There weren't great options for game playing tables. A friend was staying at the Garner IHG hotel in Bochum where the restaurant was welcoming to late night gaming and had good tables and good food/drink service."
