206 NW Oceania Drive. Located in Bayshore, 15 minutes from Newport on a 7 mile long beach, this well appointed home will provide the perfect setting to relaxing and enjoying your time away. There are literally views from every room, every window. Looking out the front you have a great view of the Alsea Bay and the Alsea Bay Bridge. A perfect setup to allow kids and young adults time to play and enjoy. In the oceanside living room you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

Week with family!

Great stay, very nice and clean. Short walk to the beach was great, property was great. Location was wonderful…not far from Newport and if you go south you can find hiking and state park trails! Really enjoyed our time here…highly recommend the stay!

Tons of fun!

Loved our stay here. Excited to return again. The beds were very comfortable. The rec area was the kids favorite and they spent hours each day playing foosball, pool, air hockey. Having the beach so close was also fantastic. Great sunsets. All around are favorite stay at the Oregon Coast so far. Thank you!

Great place to stay with Family

Came over with our family to crab and fish. This place was only 10 minutes from the boat dock and made it very nice. Clean house with all you could need for cooking and realxing. Love that we were so close to the beach!

Spectacular view both inside & outside of house that worked for a family reunion for (7) people. Great big table for evening meals, comfortable beds, and gathering space. Great beach ust over the dunes.

We loved our stay at this house. The location is great with wonderful beach access. Be ready for a lot of sand. The house was clean and even better than the pictures. We loved the game room and it was perfect for rainy days. We highly recommend this property!

One of our favorites!

We’ve stayed here multiple times over New Year’s Eve. It’s such a great house for us and we absolutely love the location. A very short walk to the beach, a great game room for the kids, a very large table for eating and games, wonderful living room with lots of comfortable seating, and a great kitchen!

Fall getaway

My husband, brother and I meet on the coast once a year and pick a new location each time. This location was so good we want to go back! Expansive stretch of beach, plently of things to do north and south along the coast and good food nearby. House itself was perfectly appointed.

Very nice house

We loved the property and house. The weather was really windy and rainy but we made the most of it. The game room came in handy with the kids, since we couldn't spend much time on the beach

This house is amazing. Everything we thought it would be and more

This house was everything we hoped for and more. We loved the game room, and the kitchen was well equip. The access to the beach was easy and my adult children loved all the sand toys. The only thing I would change would be better curtains in the bedrooms, especially the down stairs. We are already talking about or next trip and booking this house again. Ocean Oasis

I took my 95 year old mom to the ocean for a reunion with my three siblings. The home is so nice with the ocean just steps away. With help, mom was able to navigate over looser sand to the long flat stretch of beach. We loved the home and beautiful view. We hope to be back the same time next year.

Amazing place!

This was our yearly family trip. We had 3 families with kiddos…such a perfect house!! Sand right out the back door. Ocean a short walk away. The house is beautiful with everything you need and more!! Best VRBO we have ever rented!

With 6 adults and one child we have been used to being a little cramped in a typical VRBO. Here, we had a terrific dining room table seating seven with room to spare. We even had an extra bedroom! The play room was amazing with an arcade game, a pool/ping pong/hockey combination, and more. Beautiful ocean view, tastefully decorated with all the kitchen tools we needed. All in all, a terrific venue to celebrate the 4th with our family! We’ll be back!

The Perfect Beach House!

Our family loved staying at this home for a week. It is on a long sandy beach with direct, flat access right out the back door and spectacular views of the beach, waves, and bay bridge from both the first and second floors. The super clean house has great separation of space with a fun game room. The kitchen comes with not 1 but 3 coffee makers (drip, espresso, and Keurig-- with a starter supply of pods)! We appreciated the information on local Waldport restaurants, shops, and tips for tourist sites on the coast. The owner is a timely, clear communicator. We will definitely stay here again!

Another Birthday trip in the books!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this house for our mom's birthday celebration. Beautiful home made even better by beautiful weather! Table is the perfect size for card games and you better believe we played oing pong and foos ball!! Plenty of towels for everybody and really, the only thing missing was foil/plastic wrap. But that's insignificant! Great house and John is an amazing host! See you next year!!

Christmas stay

Cons: - It is in the beach, just open the family room door and enjoy the sand/beach - It is one of the best equipped houses for kids. Multimedia/game room has enough entertainments to keep the kids happy if the weather does not permit to go out. - The property is nice, well maintained, looks news and was clean during our stay. pros: - It took sometime for me to persuade myself to book the house with the quality of photos in the website. The house is much nicer and brighter than its photos. - The shower upstairs (not the master) was clogged and water was not draining. We enjoyed much that not to bother to contact the property manager about that.

Beautiful home

We stayed for Father’s Day weekend. The house was great overall. The playroom had a mildew smell upon arrival and we could not make it better even with the windows open. They had a musical grade dehumidifier in the home that seemed to be for the rest of the house to prevent the mildew. The driveway was completely covered in sand to the point we could not drive up without clearing it. It took several people about 2 hours to shovel the driveway to park. The neighbor across the street continuously had an alarm going off while our cars were not in the driveway (we were shoveling) and was talking through a sound system stating we could not park anywhere but the driveway that we couldn’t access. It was a bit much but we were able to get the sand shoveled and parked our cars. The house itself was so nice and the location to the beach was amazing.
