「Great location!」

「We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner. We feel like we just didn’t get the most bang for our buck. It was a splurge for us in an expensive room and...

「We had a wonderful stay in this clean, beautiful waterfront property. The location was fantastic, and we loved watching the swan and osprey go about their days from the front porch. We were two couples (ages 45-75!), and the place and town were the perfect, relaxing getaway. 」

「Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.」

「Home was ok. Very busy area, loud outside (cars revving engines near by all day/night, construction all over, chickens next door with roosters). Fenced yard is nice, however a privacy fence would be more enjoyable. Beds were doubles. Nicely updated home. Hot tub worked fine. Fire pit was nice, host confirmed/provided firewood.」
