"The family rooms could do with a bit more updating, also think of having a electric frying pan in the room, rooms should have clothes iron, hangers maybe a clothes airing rack by the spa bath and spa towels also tea towels. The share kitchen was short of utensils and other stuff. Also making sure everything is always clean and put away nicely and not just left in a box with dust building up "

"I booked a Lakeview room specifically for our trip to Taupo. Upon arriving at 5pm to check in, we were told that our Lakeview room had been given to someone else. We had no option but to stay in a small view less room. We were extremely anmoyed to put it mildly. Will never go back there"

"Hi only stayed the one night.The staff were welcoming and friendly,room was clean and well equipped with self contained facilities should you want to cook your own food,the outdoor pool looked very inviting should you are prepared to use it and the lake so close to enjoy a stroll parking very convenient overall very satisfied."

"This was a good base for a short stay in Taupo. The apartment and furnishings were clean and in good working order. The apartment is on the ground floor, accessed through a sliding patio door around the side of the house. It has a relatively private garden area of its own. The interior layout is unusual, with oddly shaped but functional rooms and a huge projection screen taking up an entire wall of the living/dining area. It has the feel of a downstairs recreation area that has been converted a bit awkwardly into an apartment. This was not a problem for us, just something worth knowing. The property is located in a very suburban area far from shops and amenities, a 10 minute drive from downtown Taupo. The check in process was clear and smooth, and the property managers were very communicative. Recommended. "
